Beautification-Impact on Health and Fitness

Okay so part of health & fitness is feeling good about yourself at any stage of your improvement. One way to do that is to take care of your outward appearance to yourself and others (most importantly yourself!).

Many of us don't realize it's US that drive our feelings about ourselves, it's called self-esteem! Too many have very low levels of it. By looking better in your own eyes, you can help your self-esteem and continue on the path of overall improved health & fitness!

As I mentioned before, clear skin, smooth legs, tighter abs, longer hair, smelling nice or whiter teeth are just a few of the ways we can improve our outward self and be on our way too feeling good about ourselves and with small improvements in these areas, can come better feelings of self-esteem which, in turn, will allow you to continue on the path of betterment through improved health & fitness with exercise and eating habits.

Again, it's not about dieting or eating perfectly, but improving what you do now so you can see little improvements in yourself and just feel "GOOD"!  (SELF-ESTEEM!)
