Racquetball League

Finished my league matches and I'm sitting in 1st place. 2 make-up weeks pending. Only 2 players have a chance to catch me. 1 has to win all 3 games in his final match to win. The other has a lot of matches to make up and has a mathematical chance.

Hoping I can hold on and win back to back seasons! Out of my control now....

Play-offs next, need to finish better than last season.

When I rest I try to use Heat and Ice to help me recover.

Time for Blood Work

Blood work is another part of keeping on top of your Health Quotient...My company reduces our Health Premiums by having this routine screening done. Costs nothing and allows you to know where you stand medically with your blood results.

Thus, enabling me to modify my routine, diet etc...to improve my Health Quotient and overall results.

Remember, eating right, exercising and awareness of what your body is telling you are three of the main ways you will improve your overall well being.

Be happy, work hard, play hard and enjoy life. Don't be afraid to splurge, the last thing we want is to die so healthy, that we "WISH" we had done more or had that piece of chocolate or whatever.

It's all about quality of life, while we are all here on this orb.

New Year Resolutions

I know many of us set resolutions each year. Unfortunately, many of us don't stick with them...

Try not setting one that is unachievable or unrealistic. Set something doable then as you reach that goal or complete it, take the next step.
