New Year Resolutions

I know many of us set resolutions each year. Unfortunately, many of us don't stick with them...

Try not setting one that is unachievable or unrealistic. Set something doable then as you reach that goal or complete it, take the next step.

Whether it's weight loss, exercise or anything...win the small battles and you'll succeed at the Big Goal!
